Welcome to A Majestic Experience. To ensure a smooth and professional booking process for all clients, please review the policies below before reserving your date.

Booking Fee

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date and time.

• This fee goes toward holding your spot on the calendar.

• Your date is not confirmed until the booking fee is paid.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your setup.

Cancellations

• Because the booking fee is used to reserve your time and materials, it is non-refundable under any circumstance.

• If you need to cancel, you will not owe the remaining balance.

• If you wish to reschedule, you may transfer your booking fee one time, as long as the new date is available.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is based on availability.

• If a new date is not available, the booking fee cannot be refunded.

Balance Payment

• The remaining balance is due the day of your setup, before or upon arrival.

• Late payments may delay or cancel your setup.

Travel & Setup

• Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the setup space is clean, accessible, and ready at the scheduled time.

Damages

Any rented items or décor pieces that are damaged, lost, or stolen during the event will incur a replacement fee.

Photos & Portfolio Use

A Majestic Experience may take photos of your setup to use for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to have your setup photographed, please let me know at the time of booking.
